Going from 4 reviews to 20 changes who walks in your door. Going from 900 to 916 does nothing at all.
So it depends where you're starting. Under a hundred reviews, this is the cheapest thing you can do about it. If you're already sitting on two thousand, we'll tell you not to bother — one more won't move you and we'd rather say so than take the $59.
